A command center for a subscription web business

An all-in-one operations platform for 504 Sites that finds leads on a map, runs outreach and social posting, tracks the pipeline and closes clients with contracts and Stripe payment links.

The 504 Sites Command Center dashboard, with a growth tracker toward 504 clients and a sidebar of modules including Map Lead Radar, Lead Pipeline CRM, Website Auditor and Outbound Campaigns. Business figures are blurred.

The challenge

504 Sites builds and hosts websites for New Orleans small businesses on a simple monthly plan. That model only works at volume: hundreds of clients, each paying a modest fee. Growing that way means a steady flow of leads, consistent outreach, fast follow-up and a sign-up process with no friction. Juggling that across spreadsheets and separate tools would eat the margin.

What we built

The 504 Sites Command Center puts the whole business in one place:

  • Growth dashboard. Clients, monthly recurring revenue and run rate, tracked live against the goal of 504 clients.
  • Map Lead Radar. Scan an area like Metairie, New Orleans or the Northshore using Google Maps business data to spot local businesses with slow or broken mobile websites.
  • Website Auditor. Check a prospect’s current site, and use what it finds as a conversation opener.
  • Lead Pipeline CRM. Every prospect is tracked from first contact to signed client, with lead export to CSV.
  • Outbound campaigns and a social media hub. Plan outreach and schedule posts, including Google Business updates, from the same screen.
  • Autonomous agents. A fleet of AI agents built on Google’s Gemini handles repetitive growth tasks in the background.
  • Contracts and payments. Generate the monthly service contract and send a Stripe payment link straight from the dashboard.
  • Client directory and hiring roadmap. Manage active clients and plan the team as the business grows.

Under the hood

The Command Center is built in JavaScript and Python. Lead discovery draws on the Google Maps API and its business data, the automation runs on Gemini agents, and Stripe handles billing. Each piece is chosen for the job rather than forced into one tool.

Why it matters

The platform turns a sales process that needs a lot of hands into a repeatable daily playbook, so a small team can run a business built to scale to hundreds of clients. It’s the same kind of system we build for clients: software shaped around how one specific business makes money.
